The 'quality' of decision-making determines the fate of executives. What evidence did those who created new markets from scratch rely on when deciding to move forward? In fields where no one knows the right answer, how did they build evidence and continue taking risks? This event will explore the 'new ventures' and the 'valley of death'—only those who have overcome it understand the true resolution of decision-making. The thinking frameworks for taming uncertainty with logic and data will be fully revealed in an offline, closed environment. Your decision-making compass will leave sharper than when you arrived.
Highlights of this seminar

From the perspective of a business director, we will reveal the secrets of overcoming the 'valley of death,' including the struggles of new business development and the gap in understanding between management and frontline teams—the unique organizational challenges inherent in launching new ventures.

Speakers
Ryuhei Nakamura
CooGa Inc. / Director, Business Strategy
Engaged in new business development using cutting-edge technologies at a European VR startup, Disney Japan, and Sigmaxysis. Involved in projects including SNS data analytics, web marketing data analysis, subscription video services, and VR military simulation training. Since 2022, led the business development of 'Rachel' at CooGa, and subsequently participated in launching a consulting business supporting DX and generative AI adoption.
Manabu Enodo, Former Regional Bank Branch Manager
Worked in corporate sales and lending at a regional bank, deeply involved in corporate finance support and M&A. At headquarters, led the launch of an alternative investment team, including private equity funds—a major project in the market operations division. Later served as a branch manager in Tokyo, building a broad career spanning both frontline operations and financial management.
Kazuma Toba
Monster Bank Inc. / CEO
Founded a crowdsourcing service while still in high school and sold the business at age 18. Later founded an advertising and marketing support company, growing it to 60 employees. Sold the business again in 2023. Afterward, working as an employee in product sales, he became acutely aware that corporate adoption decisions are a 'black box'—despite claims like 'we’ll adopt if ROI is good,' actual effectiveness verification is often missing. In 2025, he founded Monster Bank Inc. Today, through the PoC (proof of concept) platform 'Proofly,' the company provides data-driven decision support and end-to-end consulting from proposal drafting to effectiveness verification.
