Monster Lab Develops Japan Post's "Shipping Data Easy Integration Tool" for Corporate Customers

(Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shinya Koike; "Japan Post") began offering today, July 1, 2026 (Wed).

This service allows for simple integration of shipping data, such as Yu-Pack, directly into Japan Post's shipping and dispatch management system. Leveraging its accumulated knowledge from previous collaborations with Japan Post, Monster Lab participated in the project with a joint Japanese-Vietnamese team, providing comprehensive support from requirements definition to development, maintenance, and operation.

About the "Shipping Data Easy Integration Tool"

The "Shipping Data Easy Integration Tool" is a tool for easily integrating customer shipping data into Japan Post's shipping and dispatch management system. It handles a series of processes in one stop, including bulk data integration, conversion to Japan Post's specified shipping data format, pre-integration error checking, and file splitting of shipping data into a number of files that can be integrated.

- Japan-Vietnam Hybrid Structure Utilizing AI-Driven Development

The Japanese PM and design team worked in close collaboration with the development team at the Vietnam base. AI-driven development was also utilized to implement complex data mapping specifications with speed.

- Designers Participated from the Requirements Definition Stage

UI design that allows corporate customers to operate intuitively and UX design that optimizes the data transmission flow were promoted in parallel. The interface, aligned with the actual work processes of operational staff, also contributed to improved on-site adoption rates.

- Adoption of AWS Serverless Architecture

The serverless configuration utilizing Lambda and S3 ensures stable handling of sudden traffic increases during peak periods while optimizing operational costs during normal times.
