The new offerings include the 'Spicy Garlic Sprout Beef Kalbi Bowl,' 'Spicy Garlic Sprout Beef Kalbi and Harami Bowl,' 'Spicy Garlic Sprout Thick-Cut Premium Kalbi Bowl,' and 'Teppan Spicy Garlic Sprout Beef Kalbi Set Meal.'

Yakitate no Karubi is a specialty restaurant offering 'freshly grilled kalbi rice bowls' made with aged beef and 'yukkejang soup' featuring the rich flavor of premium beef. We serve delicious meals at affordable prices for everyone to enjoy.

Our signature 'Yakitate Karubi Don' features fresh kalbi meat, carefully sliced daily in-store, then grilled over high heat immediately after ordering to bring out the meat’s natural umami and aroma. The tare sauce is a proprietary blend of 20 seasonings, perfectly balanced with sweetness, spiciness, and acidity. We use 100% domestically grown rice, which pairs exceptionally well with the meat and sauce.

Our other signature dish, 'Yukkejang Soup,' is cooked individually in small pots in-store. The rich broth, made from carefully selected beef, is deepened with spicy Korean blended miso and gochujang. The moment you taste it, the rich beef flavor gently unfolds in your mouth—an exquisite experience.
