About 'Marugen Ramen'

Our signature product is the "Aged Soy Sauce Ramen Nikusoba." Each bowl is prepared individually in a pot with pork and soup, finished with our chewy, house-made multi-hydration noodles, yuzu kosho oroshi (grated yuzu pepper), and Japanese toppings like green onions. The key to the soup, the aged soy sauce tare, is a blend of three types of soy sauce. The harmonious balance of all these elements makes "Nikusoba" a unique and exquisite dish found only at 'Marugen Ramen.' Derivative products like "Ajitama Nikusoba" (Nikusoba with flavored egg) and "Karamen Nikusoba" (Spicy Nikusoba) are also popular. The wide variety of ramen, including soy sauce tonkotsu, salt ramen, and miso ramen, is another reason for frequent visits.
