We endorse April Dream, which aims to make April 1st a day to announce dreams. This press release is the dream of "NPO Monkey Magic."

NPO Monkey Magic (Musashino City, Tokyo, Representative Director: Koichiro Kobayashi, hereinafter "NPO Monkey Magic"), which promotes adaptive climbing with the concept of "Even invisible walls can be overcome," aims to realize an inclusive society by 2035 where everyone can experience "inclusiveness" through climbing.
What kind of scene do you imagine when you hear "inclusive society"? People with and without disabilities climbing the same wall, calling out to each other, and celebrating each other's achievements—we believe that this scene is one form of a mature society that accepts diversity.
NPO Monkey Magic celebrated its 20th anniversary in August 2025. Under the slogan "Even invisible walls can be overcome," we have expanded interactive climbing events to 18 regions nationwide, as well as Singapore and Taiwan, continuously creating places where children and adults, with and without disabilities, become "friends." For the next 10 years, we will deliver this experience even further.
1. Transforming climbing facilities nationwide into "hubs for an inclusive society"
Beyond just improving hardware, we will expand interactive climbing bases to all 47 prefectures nationwide through support for establishment and development. We will spread places across Japan where everyone can be confident that "it's okay to be here."
2. Establishing "global standards" through trilateral co-creation
Integrating knowledge from Singapore, Taiwan, and Japan, we will present a model for "a sports environment where no one is left behind" from Asia to the world. While optimizing for local contexts, we will accelerate the pace towards an inclusive society on a global scale.
3. Beyond the 20th anniversary: Creating a "real feeling" that transcends words
In a society where experiences like "I thought I couldn't do it, but I can" and "smiles I've never seen before" are commonplace through climbing, the word "inclusive" will no longer be necessary. We will create a future where everyone feels like a member of society with self-efficacy—a natural "real feeling" like breathing.
Turning invisible walls into climbable walls.
In 2035, Monkey Magic, together with friends around the world, will aim for the summit of a new society beyond the walls.
