(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Satoshi Adachi; hereinafter 'Monex Asset Management') are pleased to announce the launch of 'Kiraboshi Wrap ON COMPASS,' a fully online automated asset management service, effective March 26, 2026.

Overview of ON COMPASS

ON COMPASS is an automated asset management service utilizing a goal-based approach, which launched in September 2016*1. By simply answering questions on the website, users can create an asset management plan tailored to their individual goals, which is then managed by professionals. Using a proprietary model based on advanced financial engineering, the service aims for stable, risk-managed growth by diversifying investments across approximately 70 countries and 36,000 securities*2. As of December 2025, the total assets under management have exceeded 50 billion yen, serving a wide range of customers.

The service also supports the NISA*3 system, allowing for tax-free, long-term asset management suitable for the '100-year life' era. We remain committed to providing high-quality investment services to contribute to our customers' prosperous lives.

Key Features of ON COMPASS

1. Stable Management with Risk Control

By utilizing a proprietary asset allocation model based on advanced financial engineering, the service achieves global diversification to mitigate risk. Investments are made through ETFs (Exchange Traded Funds) across approximately 70 countries and 36,000 securities*2.

2. Professional Management

After opening a general securities account with Kiraboshi Life Design Securities and establishing an investment plan, Monex Asset Management handles all investment activities. No manual trading or daily maintenance is required by the user.

3. Easy Personalized Planning

Users can start an asset management plan with an optimal strategy simply by answering a few questions. Investments can be started from 1,000 yen, with additional contributions and accumulation plans also available in 1,000-yen increments.

4. Simple Fee Structure

The annual fee is approximately 0.9775% (tax included)*4 of the assets under management. This includes the estimated 0.07% cost of the underlying ETFs. There are no subscription, trading, or redemption fees, making the cost structure simple and transparent.

*1 Service was provided under the name 'MSV LIFE' until March 31, 2020.

*2 As of December 31, 2025. Investments are made indirectly through ETFs. Figures may change due to reviews of investment targets.

*3 ON COMPASS is available only through the Growth Investment Quota (the Installment Investment Quota is not available). To use NISA, customers must open a NISA account with Kiraboshi Life Design Securities.
