FC Inbound Platform Overview
The newly launched 'FC Inbound Platform' is a system that digitally centralizes the management of a series of processes from the initial point of contact with prospective franchise owners to consultations, store tours, and signing the franchise agreement.
Unlike traditional offline-centric franchise recruitment, it aims for highly accurate matching by widely recruiting people interested in joining through online advertisements and digital content, and by following up in stages based on data such as their level of interest and business aptitude. The mechanism of this platform is a customized introduction of franchise development methods that have a proven track record at the Korean headquarters, adapted for the Japanese market.
The main targets are expected to be corporations and businesses considering operating multiple stores (multi-unit owners) and individuals aiming to become independent or start a business in the food service industry, with a target of signing 100 franchise agreements annually in 2026.
Appointment of New President and CEO Shoichi Nakamura
Mr. Shoichi Nakamura assumed the position of President and CEO of MOM`S TOUCH JAPAN in April 2026.
Mr. Nakamura has built an extensive career in the food service and franchise sectors. From 2017 to 2024, he served as the President and CEO of a major food service chain, during which time he significantly expanded sales, increased the number of stores, and achieved store openings in all 47 prefectures nationwide. With a wide range of experience from a front-line supervisor to a chief executive officer, he will leverage his strengths in data-driven revenue management and franchise operations to dedicate himself to expanding the business of MOM`S TOUCH JAPAN.
Current Status and Future Direction of Business Expansion in the Japanese Market
MOM`S TOUCH JAPAN landed in Japan in 2024 and opened its first store in Shibuya. In about a year since opening, it achieved a cumulative 700,000 visitors and sales of approximately 500 million yen, marking a smooth start. Currently, stores are operating in Shibuya, Harajuku, Shimokitazawa, Akitsu, and Chigasaki.
