This year, under the main theme "MY GOAL ZERO HARM" and sub-theme "Safety is Our Culture," discussions were held from various perspectives on eradicating industrial accidents through fostering a safety culture and maintaining safe operations. In this conference, in addition to conventional risk management for onboard operations, we also focused on the background and success stories of "why work can be performed safely," discussing and sharing these with participants to promote a reform of safety awareness. Furthermore, discussions from various perspectives, including initiatives for new technologies such as alternative fuels and harassment prevention, contributed to further strengthening the safety foundation and fostering a safety culture.
