Background and Purpose of Capital Increase
With the mission of "Mobilizing Japanese architecture to change global lifestyles," Mobitect redefines buildings as "portable products" with multifaceted functions including a Class 1 architect's office, a specified construction business, manufacturing, and venture capital.
This capital increase by management aims to further accelerate business growth and strengthen investment in the following priority areas:
most-Trailermost-Flat
1. Deepening the "most" series of mobile standard housing
"most" is a high-performance standard housing equipped with high strength and insulation performance through two-by-four construction and monocoque structure, and a solar panel integrated roof "Roof-1." In the future, we will expand the product lineup to accommodate diverse lifestyles and business uses, and further improve design quality.
●most-Tiny: A compact house that realizes a rich life in a minimal space of approximately 14m2.
●most-Trailer: A model that can be registered as a vehicle, enabling a "mobile lifestyle" anywhere.
●most-Flat: A minimalist LDK with no waste and a peaceful one-bedroom.
●most-Two Storied: A two-story model that can be expanded through modular construction.
2. Global expansion and development of domestic production bases
We will promote overseas business in Canada and other countries, and promote the networking of domestic production bases utilizing local materials to build a sustainable architectural supply system.
3. Nationwide expansion of "Residual Land Utilization" solutions
We will accelerate solutions to convert areas where "buildings cannot be constructed" due to regulations or terrain, such as urban planning adjustment areas and small plots of land (residual land), into new revenue streams by installing "most-Trailer" etc., which do not require building permits as they are treated as vehicles.
4. Disaster relief
In times of emergency, we will strive for social contribution by promptly moving to disaster-stricken areas and providing them as temporary housing. By mobilizing architecture, we will contribute to the construction of a disaster-resilient social infrastructure.
Comments/Resumes of Management
This capital increase is a manifestation of the management's determination to realize our vision of "mobilizing architecture" at an early stage. By freeing architecture from fixed concepts and transforming it into freely movable assets, we will create a society where people worldwide can enjoy the highest quality of life without being tied to a location.
