This service leverages Mobilus's chatbot 'MOBI BOT' to automate the process of checking the status of insurance claims—from claim submission to payment completion—on SBI Pet SS's LINE Official Account. Policyholders can simply follow the chatbot’s guidance, input required information via LINE, and instantly check their claim status from their smartphones. By consolidating claim submission, status inquiries, and policy detail checks and modifications within LINE, customers can now access a more convenient and secure insurance experience through a platform they use daily.
