Announcement of New VPoE and CTO Appointments

Mobius Inc. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Tomohiro Ishii; hereinafter referred to as Mobius), a developer and provider of CX solutions for contact centers, hereby announces the establishment of the positions of VPoE (Vice President of Engineering) and CTO (Chief Technology Officer) effective June 12, 2026, and the appointment of the following two individuals to these roles.

In recent years, with the rapid evolution of technologies such as generative AI and the increasing demand to respond to diverse market needs, our business has entered a phase requiring more advanced and rapid evolution. [New VPoE] Tomonobu Mitani

- Biography -

In his previous role at NHN Japan, he was responsible for the new development, operation, and functional improvements of an integrated management tool for large-scale e-commerce malls, and engaged in member management for the development department. In addition to his management skills, he possesses high technical skills and achievements as an engineer, stemming from his extensive development experience in areas such as system development for local governments, modification of search engines, new development of blog sites, and operational development of game portal sites. He joined Mobius in 2020. Leveraging his abundant IT expertise and management capabilities, he will oversee the entire development department as VPoE.

[New CTO] Uzun Mecit Kerem

- Biography -

Completed the doctoral program at the Graduate School of Mathematical Sciences, The University of Tokyo. He joined Mobius Inc. in 2019. After gaining experience as a Project Manager and Lead Engineer for product development, he was appointed Head of the R&D Department. He has played a leading role in the entire process from investigating and selecting new technologies to producing Proof of Concept (PoC) prototypes and commercialization, significantly contributing to our company's technological growth. Based on these achievements, as CTO, he will be responsible for promoting technological strategies from a management perspective, improving the overall technical level of the company, and strengthening technology branding.
