WIZE Acquires Additional 100 Million JPY of Solana (SOL), Total Cumulative Acquisition Reaches 700 Million JPY

WIZE, Inc. (the "Company") has acquired an additional 100 million JPY worth of Solana (SOL), bringing its cumulative acquisition to approximately 700 million JPY and its total holdings to over 40,000 SOL. Furthermore, the Company's SOL holdings are ranked 14th globally in the CoinGecko "Solana Treasury Holdings" ranking.

The Company has been continuously acquiring Solana (SOL) since October 24, 2025. Given that the current SOL price is below our average acquisition cost of 18,672 JPY, we deemed it a favorable level to make an additional acquisition of 100 million JPY. Consequently, our cumulative acquisition has reached approximately 700 million JPY, with total holdings exceeding 40,000 SOL (approximately 41,790 SOL, including staking rewards).

Our SOL holdings represent the largest amount among Japanese listed companies, and our global ranking in the CoinGecko "Solana Treasury Holdings" has risen to 14th place.

WIZE is a listed company in Japan that holds and manages a large amount of Solana (SOL). We believe that increasing the value of our SOL holdings leads to increased corporate value and, by extension, increased shareholder value.

Starting with this release, we are introducing "SOL per share," an indicator showing the amount of SOL per share, as a key metric to share with our shareholders.

The amount of SOL per 10,000 shares has increased approximately 2.2 times in four months, rising from about 1.99 SOL in February 2026 to about 4.48 SOL. Although the total number of issued shares increased by approximately 10% in June 2026 due to the exercise of stock options, the pace of our SOL accumulation has exceeded this increase, leading to continued growth in SOL per share.

Solana (SOL) is a blockchain increasingly used in practical applications such as remittances and payments due to its fast processing speed and low transaction fees. We intend to continue our acquisition strategy.

WIZE Validator is a Solana validator operated by the Company in collaboration with Dawn Labs. It has been officially adopted by the Solana Foundation Delegation Program (SFDP).
