The Case Management Public API enables external business systems to retrieve and manipulate case information stored in 'MNTSQ Case Management.' By integrating MNTSQ with existing systems such as approval workflows and internal tools, businesses can automate data synchronization and file exchanges, enabling more efficient workflows.

With this update, API responses will now follow the ISO 8601 standard with timezone information (e.g., 2022-11-08T15:57:51+09:00). This ensures accurate handling of datetime values across different time zones, enhancing reliability in integrations with external systems.

The datetime values returned by the API are based on the timezone settings within 'MNTSQ CLM,' not the user's local PC settings. While the format of the datetime will change, the display on screens and search results will remain unchanged.
