In addition to "reordering" by important items such as execution date and renewal deadline, users can now maintain their preferred display order. By enabling intuitive organization of vast amounts of data, this feature minimizes search time, further accelerating contract management operations and improving convenience.

① Flexible Sorting Available in Ledger and Cross-Ledger Searches

On the contract management ledger list and cross-ledger search screens, users can switch between ascending and descending order simply by clicking on the column header. This improves access speed to necessary information by allowing sorting based on criteria such as execution date or auto-renewal status, depending on the use case.

② Search Conditions and Sort States Can Be Saved Per User

On each screen, the last applied search conditions and sort order can be saved for each user. Even after leaving the screen, users can resume work from their personalized view upon returning, making confirmations easier and preventing management oversights.

③ Sort Order Reflected in Exported Files

It is now possible to export data in Excel format or other formats while maintaining the sort order applied on the screen. This eliminates the need for re-sorting after export, streamlining routine confirmation tasks and report generation.
