The '2026 MAMA AWARDS' will be held for two days, Friday, November 20th, and Saturday, November 21st, at Kyocera Dome Osaka in Japan. Based on Mnet's production expertise accumulated over nearly 30 years, the 'MAMA AWARDS,' which goes beyond a mere awards ceremony to encapsulate the essence of K-POP, will be broadcast live through its official platforms 'Mnet Plus' and 'Mnet Smart+,' as well as via CS broadcasting Mnet Japan. This is expected to become a venue where K-POP fans worldwide unite in excitement.

The 'MAMA AWARDS' will evolve further this year. The organizer, CJ ENM, is preparing a variety of events that allow fans worldwide to enjoy together, transcending the boundaries of online and offline. The 'MAMA AWARDS' has consistently presented new trends in the K-POP scene and showcased overwhelming stage productions. This year, under the philosophy of 'Music Makes ONE,' the ceremony plans to unfold diverse programs that go beyond existing frameworks, in addition to the awards ceremony itself. CJ ENM's 'MAMA AWARDS' began as the 'Mnet KM Music Festival' in 1999, and in 2009, it leaped to become Korea's first 'Asian Music Awards.' Through rebranding in 2022, it solidified its global status. Notably, in 2024, it successfully concluded a relay event connecting Los Angeles, USA, and Osaka, Japan, for the first time as a K-POP awards ceremony. Its global authority has been recognized, including winning the 'Best General Entertainment Programme' at the Asian Academy Creative Awards (AACA), Asia's largest content awards ceremony.
