Seminar Overview

Clinic management involves numerous back-office tasks beyond patient care, such as accounting, personnel management, monthly reporting, and bank communications. It is not uncommon for clinic directors to become overwhelmed by these responsibilities, leaving insufficient time for essential medical practice and strategic decision-making. In recent years, due to staffing shortages and increasing workloads, the importance of robust management systems—especially in preparation for future branch expansion or fundraising—has grown significantly.

This seminar will feature Makoto Inoue, Representative Director and Certified Public Accountant at Amber Accounting Office and CEO of Amber Lab Inc., as the main speaker. She will explain how to build a back-office system that enables physicians to focus on patient care by leveraging AI and DX technologies.

Additionally, Koichi Tahara, Representative Director and Certified Public Accountant at SoLabo Inc., will discuss how to select tax accountants and accounting firms for clinic management, as well as how to design back-office systems with future branch expansion and fundraising in mind.

This seminar will be held as a two-part series. The second session will focus on "Visualizing Future Cash Flow and Building Financial Health Trusted by Banks," covering cash flow and financial management.
