Our dream is to establish a 'Mental Health Room' (metaverse interview service) in all companies, where employees can easily talk to counseling professionals through avatars, to care for their mental well-being and enhance individual work motivation and productivity.

Our company supports April Dream, which aims to make April 1st a day to express dreams. This press release is the dream of "Godo Kaisha MN Career." We want to make "Kokoro no Hokenshitsu" (Metaversal Career) in the metaverse a standard feature in all companies. Through virtual interviews where both parties are avatars, we aim to quickly resolve the worries and anxieties of each working individual, supporting them to continue working with increased motivation and ability. For this purpose, we provide an external consultation service.

🔳 Service Purpose and Background

Having conducted over 3,000 interviews, I have met many people who find it difficult to consult with their superiors. Some hesitate, thinking their worries might not be significant, others feel bad taking up time when their superiors are busy, and some worry that consulting might negatively impact their evaluation.

However, after we actually conduct interviews and they confide in us, they invariably say, "I wish I had consulted sooner." We strongly felt the need for a system where people can talk freely without worrying about conflicts of interest hindering their consultation.

Furthermore, even in organizations that have consultation services (for mental health, harassment, and general career issues), the operations are unfortunately sometimes insufficient, making them difficult to use. Some organizations do not even have consultation services.

We often meet employees after their worries have deepened or problems have become significant, and we increasingly think, "If only we had met sooner, we could have offered various advice and resolved the issues much earlier." In particular, mental health issues and declining motivation among young employees can lead to turnover, so it is crucial to address them as quickly as possible.

"I want to consult an external expert with no conflict of interest," "but I'm nervous about talking face-to-face suddenly." Leveraging these honest feelings, we developed "Kokoro no Hokenshitsu (Metaversal Career)." It is a virtual consultation room that embodies the desire for "a 'health room' where one can consult more lightly and without hesitation." We help users dispel their anxieties and worries as early as possible, before they grow, thereby boosting their motivation and helping them concentrate on their work.

A new form of "consultation" where you can relax and talk with the enjoyment of looking into a game screen.

Since we, the interviewers, are avatars, consultants can speak openly without feeling the tension or pressure of a first meeting. Also, since consultants themselves are avatars, there is no need to pretend about "how they are perceived" (expressions, posture, reactions, etc.), and no pressure to "put on a good face."

For those accustomed to online games, there is an immersive feeling of looking at a screen, and even for those who are not, they can enjoy a completely different experience from a meeting room, talking naturally and without hesitation, eventually revealing their true selves. It is truly a mental health room.

Experienced counselors carefully address all worries of people in their 20s to 60s.

Industrial counselors, career consultants, social insurance labor consultants, and narrative coaches with a proven track record of addressing a wide range of worries across various generations—including work concerns, interpersonal troubles, life transitions (childbirth, childcare, nursing care, transfers, leave of absence, etc.), mental and physical health, women's specific health issues (femtech), work-life balance, career anxieties, and working styles for middle-aged and older individuals—will listen carefully to each person's type and consultation content.

Sometimes they will gently accompany and support, sometimes they will help organize anxieties and worries, and when necessary, they will provide accurate advice and information. They assist in solving problems positively through various approaches. As external experts bound by confidentiality, you can speak with peace of mind, and there is no awkwardness of seeing them at work the next day. The benefit of having no conflict of interest means you can speak frankly without worrying about evaluations.

Simple room design enables easy operation and low prices.

Instead of a metaverse world with multiple layers and rich worldviews, it's a simple room, and avatars are automatically set upon entry. While you cannot choose your preferred avatar, the operation to enter is very simple, similar to an online meeting app.

A PC is all you need; no special equipment is required. It's not for creating elaborate settings like a game, but primarily for dialogue. By simplifying the room design, we were able to reduce initial costs, thus achieving low usage costs.
