Small-scale facilities, such as clinics, day-care centers, and home-visit care providers, can use the service for as little as 3,300 yen (tax included) per month, significantly reducing recruitment costs compared to traditional agencies. In Kumamoto Prefecture, the service has earned high trust, including referrals to medical institutions from the Kumamoto City Medical Association. The "Tsunagu" website receives over 3,000 visitors monthly, and both brand recognition and the number of users are steadily growing.
