(Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shuki Koreeda; hereinafter referred to as 'MJS'), a developer and seller of financial accounting systems and management information services, announces that its cloud storage service 'Kantan Cloud File Box,' which allows for the storage and sharing of voucher files etc. in electronic transactions, will begin offering mobile support from June 13, 2026.

'Kantan Cloud File Box' is a cloud storage service that complies with the Electronic Bookkeeping Law (mandatory storage of electronic transaction data). Electronic transaction data can be stored in a state that meets the requirements of the Electronic Bookkeeping Law (transaction information input and timestamping), and various files exchanged between accounting firms and their clients, such as vouchers like invoices and receipts, can be shared on the cloud.

With the introduction of mobile support, users can now photograph receipts and invoices with their smartphones and complete the entire process from uploading to electronic transaction registration. No additional app installation is required; users can access the main functions simply by accessing the service from their smartphone's browser. This enables real-time submission of vouchers even when on the go, enhancing the convenience of voucher submission tasks and promoting the digitization of paper vouchers.

Furthermore, 'Kantan Cloud Accounting,' an accounting service within the 'Kantan Cloud' series, is scheduled to support '優良な電子帳簿' (superior electronic bookkeeping) in conjunction with the revision of the special deduction for blue returns to 750,000 yen during 2026. MJS will continue to expand its features to further enhance tax savings benefits for sole proprietors.

MJS will continue to support the operational efficiency and speed-up for small and medium-sized enterprises and sole proprietors through the 'Kantan Cloud' series.
