Three years have passed since the mandatory implementation of the Electronic Book Preservation Act, and an increasing number of companies have adopted electronic contracts and digital invoices. On the other hand, we often hear comments such as, 'Although we proceeded with digitization, contracts, invoices, and related materials are scattered within the company,' or 'In the end, we don't know what to store where.' In this seminar, after reviewing the key points of the Electronic Book Preservation Act three years after its mandate, we will explain in an easy-to-understand manner the practical thinking on 'where,' 'in what unit,' and 'how to organize' contracts, invoices, and related documents. Going beyond mere system explanations, we will introduce a document management design philosophy that can be reasonably sustained in the field, along with practical operational examples utilizing MJS e-Document Cloud as a document management platform highly compatible with electronic contracts and digital invoices.
