Takuya Kusakawa of Chotokkyu Appears in FIRST DOWN USA Official Web Magazine 'FD WEB MAGAZINE Vol.2'

Mizujin Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: 1-15-3 Ryutsu Center, Yanagizu-cho, Gifu City, Gifu Prefecture; Representative Director: Yoshinari Nakamura, hereinafter "Mizujin"), which operates the American street and outdoor brand "FIRST DOWN USA," has released its official web magazine, 'FD WEB MAGAZINE.' In Vol.2, Takuya Kusakawa of Chotokkyu appears again, following the previous issue.

FIRST DOWN USA, born in the United States in 1983, is a brand that has evolved against the backdrop of street and outdoor culture in New York during the 80s and 90s. For its Spring 2026 collection, the brand proposes a new style that fuses urban and nature, street and outdoor, under the theme of "NEW MIX OF CULTURE."

Appearing in the web magazine again is Takuya Kusakawa, an actor and member of the main dancer & back vocal group Chotokkyu. We asked Kusakawa, who also announced collaboration items with the brand in April, about his fashion roots and what has influenced him.

In conjunction with this project, socks and caps were developed as collaboration items with Takuya Kusakawa.

The collaboration items were released on April 15, 2026, and sold out on the same day.

Due to overwhelming customer response, made-to-order production began on April 17, 2026 (Friday) at 9:00. Orders will be accepted until May 3, 2026 (Sunday) at 23:59.

Takuya Kusakawa

Takuya Kusakawa (born November 24, 1994, from Tokyo) is an actor and dancer. He belongs to Stardust Promotion and is also active as a member of the dance & vocal group "Chotokkyu" (activity name: Takuya). He joined Chotokkyu in 2012 and gained popularity as a main dancer, while also appearing in numerous dramas and films as an actor. His representative works include the "Ultraman Ginga" series and "Minato Shouji Coin Laundry." He balances his acting career and music activities, drawing attention for his natural acting and stable presence.
