We are pleased to announce that our company has participated in an investment in a special high-voltage solar power plant project (hereinafter referred to as "the Project") located in one domestic location, through MIRAI POWER No. 1 GK (a special purpose company for fundraising, hereinafter referred to as "the SPC").
This Project targets one special high-voltage solar power plant (output capacity 16MW) operating in Sho-cho, Matsusaka City, Mie Prefecture, as the sixth installment following eight special high-voltage solar power plants operating in Rokkasho Village, Kamikita District, Aomori Prefecture, Yatsukawacho, Takahagi City, Ibaraki Prefecture, Koshicho, Toba City, Mie Prefecture, Hakusancho, Tsu City, Mie Prefecture, Nishiki Town, Kuma District, Kumamoto Prefecture, Ueshino-kamida-cho, Matsusaka City, Mie Prefecture, Samihama-cho, Kuji City, Iwate Prefecture, and Yamakawa-oyama, Ibusuki City, Kagoshima Prefecture, through investment participation via the SPC. The cumulative output capacity of all power plants combined will be 244MW.
