The partnership aims to offer a "Lease with Property Maintenance" service for products such as SECURE's surveillance camera systems and access control systems, utilizing a simplified screening model.

This partnership aims to significantly streamline the screening and decision-making process for lease contracts by integrating Mizuho Lease's TSU・NA・GU Portal system with SECURE's sales and proposal flow.

■ Overview

Previously, when SECURE requested credit and screening from leasing companies, the decision process typically took 3 to 7 business days. With this integration, screening decisions can now be made in principle by the next business day, significantly reducing the lead time for lease implementation.

Through the provision of this service, SECURE aims to strengthen its business foundation in the following ways:

• Lowering the barrier to adoption by reducing the burden of initial investment.

• Creating opportunities for continuous revenue through a lease model that includes maintenance.
