Mizkan's "Fibee" Bread Series, a Welcome Addition for Beauty and Health, Now Available!

Mizkan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Handa City, Aichi Prefecture, President and CEO: Ryoji Maki, hereinafter Mizkan) will launch three types of danishes: "Fibee Bread Chocolat Orange Danish," "Fibee Bread Two Kinds of Fruits and Cinnamon Danish," and "Fibee Bread Tomato Basil Danish" on Wednesday, July 1, 2026. These will be available through the Mizkan official online store and other e-commerce sites (Amazon, Rakuten Ichiba).

To help you incorporate Fibee into your daily meals, we have prepared the long-awaited "bread." These products are the culmination of the Fibee product development team's efforts, focusing not only on fermentable dietary fiber but also on ingredients such as coarsely ground whole grains.

"Fibee Bread" Pursues Authentic Taste with Carefully Selected Ingredients

[Common to Fibee Bread Danish Series]

The Fibee Bread series contains three or more types of "fermentable dietary fiber." We pursued an authentic taste using carefully selected ingredients such as coarsely ground whole grains and rye. They are long-life (long-term preservation possible) and can be eaten as is, making them convenient for stocking up. You can enjoy them easily. They taste even better when toasted.

[Chocolat Orange Danish]

A moist and melt-in-your-mouth danish with a cocoa-flavored dough and small, bittersweet chocolate pieces that melt in your mouth. The aroma of orange occasionally bursts forth.

[Two Kinds of Fruits and Cinnamon Danish]

Baked with plenty of cranberries and dates. It offers a refined taste woven from the tartness and sweetness of the fruits and the flavor of cinnamon.

[Tomato Basil Danish]

A Margherita-style danish where the refreshing flavor of basil enhances the ripe tomato. Finished with a rich flavor using three kinds of Hokkaido-produced cheese and caramelized onions.

Aiming for "Deliciousness You'll Want to Choose Every Day"

We wanted people to enjoy Fibee habitually in a wider range of situations... With that thought in mind, we began developing "bread," a staple food that is more familiar in daily life. The Fibee Bread was developed with a relentless pursuit of authentic taste, aiming for people to say, "I want to eat this because it's delicious," rather than "I have to eat this for my health or beauty."

Because we want you to eat it every day, we have formulated it with three or more types of fermentable dietary fiber and prepared three varieties in our lineup. Based on customer feedback, we have developed "Chocolat Orange" as a classic chocolate flavor, "Two Kinds of Fruits and Cinnamon" for natural deliciousness, and "Tomato Basil" inspired by the popular pizza style for meal occasions. All three danishes have a moist texture and are easy to eat.

Product Developer's Comment

When thinking about incorporating Fibee into daily life, I wondered what kind of bread would lift spirits and be appealing? I pondered this, sometimes listening to customers' real voices, sometimes visiting bakeries to research delicious bread, and went through much trial and error. As "meals are a daily pleasure" for me, I strongly felt the desire to deliver bread to customers that they could eat quickly even when busy and that would lift their spirits, and thus promoted the development of "Fibee Bread." I would be happy if Fibee Bread could support everyone's health and beauty care even a little and become a companion for improving QOL.
