The Health and Productivity Management Organization Recognition Program is a system established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in FY2016. Its purpose is to create an environment where large enterprises and SMEs practicing particularly outstanding health and productivity management can be "visualized" and receive evaluations from employees, job seekers, related companies, and financial institutions. The Japan Health Council certifies "Health and Productivity Management Organizations" based on evaluation standards set by the Health and Productivity Management Promotion Committee (jointly held by the Japan Health Council's Health and Productivity Management/150,000 Companies Health Declaration WG).
