Miyoshi Oil & Fat Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sumida-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Itsuro Miki) has been certified as a "Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization 2026 (Large Enterprise Category)" for the third consecutive year, effective March 9, 2026, under the Health & Productivity Management Organization Certification Program operated by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi. Under its corporate philosophy, "Good for people, good for society, good for the future," Miyoshi Oil & Fat positions employee health as a crucial management foundation. In fiscal year 2026, the company will implement preventive and early detection measures to further promote health and productivity management.

◆ FY2025 Goals and Initiative Results
In FY2025, with the aim of improving employees' health awareness and reducing health risks, we promoted initiatives with the following goals. These efforts and achievements led to the acquisition of this health management certification.

① Increase in the participation rate for advanced health check-ups (Target: 16%)
At the time of target setting: 14.4%
Current status: 20.6%

② Reduction in smoking rate (Target: 15%)
At the time of target setting: 15.8%
Current status: 15.0%

◆ FY2026 Goals
In FY2026, we declare that we will further develop our past initiatives and promote health and productivity management with the following as key priorities:
・Implementation and promotion of appropriate alcohol consumption seminars
・Implementation of SAS (Sleep Apnea Syndrome) screening tests

◆ About the Health & Productivity Management Organization Certification Program
The Health & Productivity Management Organization Certification Program was established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in FY2016 with the aim of creating an environment where large enterprises, SMEs, and other organizations that are particularly excellent in health and productivity management can be "visualized" and evaluated by employees, job seekers, related companies, financial institutions, and others. Based on the evaluation criteria set by the Health & Productivity Management Promotion Review Committee (jointly held by the Nippon Kenko Kaigi Health & Productivity Management and Health Declaration 150,000 Companies WG), the Nippon Kenko Kaigi certifies "Health & Productivity Management Organizations."

This year, the 10th iteration of the program, 3,765 organizations in the "Large Enterprise Category," to which Miyoshi Oil & Fat belongs, received certification as "Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization 2026."
