In the textile industry, large amounts of scraps and unused materials are generated daily. The reality is that much of it is discarded despite having value. We have been focusing on these materials and working to 'give them new value and circulate them.'

One such initiative is 'ReForme,' a repair business that breathes new life into damaged clothing. Another is 'Nercocia.,' a brand that upcycles unused resources like adlay (hatomugi) bran into skin-friendly clothing using extracted oil.

And now, we are moving even further ahead. That is 'Fiber Charcoal,' created by carbonizing fibers.

By converting discarded clothing and textiles into charcoal, they are no longer just 'trash' but are reborn as resources with diverse uses. Furthermore, by carbonizing fibers, it is possible to reduce CO2 emissions by approximately 20% compared to incineration.

Starting from this 'Fiber Charcoal,' we are trying to create a new circular system connecting clothing → charcoal → daily life, and back again.
