The sliced melon with rind makes a prominent statement. Delicate, transparent circular garnishes, clear as glass, are adorned with viola flowers, exuding an elegant translucence. Each parfait is meticulously assembled by our pâtissiers, aiming to create a work of art rather than just a dessert.

Seven flavors of Crown Melon.

The first spoonful is smooth vanilla ice cream. Its gentle sweetness and aroma melt into the coldness, subtly enhancing the flavor of the Crown Melon. Neatly arranged in the glass are perfectly scooped melon balls. The moment they burst in your mouth, the overflowing juice and rich sweetness allow you to experience the richness of Crown Melon with every single bite. Below, the crunchy texture of the crumble and the bitter-sweetness of caramel add rhythm to the sweetness. Next is the smooth mascarpone cream. Its rich yet light milky richness gently accepts the melon's sweetness. Further down, the lychee gelee adds a fragrant aroma and transparent sweetness, and at the bottom of the glass, you'll find the melon pulp itself. The richness of Crown Melon continues uninterrupted until the very last bite.
