Tokyu Resort Okumado Aqua Forest (located at 3238-1 Funakoshi, Omi, Shima City, Mie Prefecture) will host a 2-night, 3-day 'Resort Fasting' program from Sunday, July 12, 2026, to Tuesday, July 14, 2026. This program combines 'fasting'—designed to reset tired bodies and minds—with resort-style activities and hot spring facilities in a nature-rich hotel environment.

The 'Resort Fasting' program was first launched as a trial on February 21, 2026, for two nights and three days. It received overwhelmingly positive feedback, with many participants expressing interest in attending again. In response, the program has been enhanced and relaunched as its second edition. This 'Resort Fasting' is a collaboration with 'DELIFAS!' by Tabekata Inc., which offers one-on-one support from certified dietitians, centered on the concept of 'eating deliciously while fasting.' As summer approaches, the program aims to help guests reset their bodies and build resilience for the hot season.

Overview of Tokyu Resort Okumado Aqua Forest's 'Resort Fasting'

1. Schedule: July 12 (Sun) to July 14 (Mon), 2026 – 2 nights, 3 days

2. Participation Fee: - 94,600 JPY per person (including tax, service charge, and bathing tax) for single occupancy - 74,200 JPY per person (including tax, service charge, and bathing tax) for twin occupancy

3. Target Participants: Women aged 18 to 70

4. Number of Participants: 10 to 15 people (minimum of 10 required; event will be canceled if fewer than 10 register)

5. Inclusions in Participation Fee: - Accommodation and meals (2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, 2 dinners, and beverage fees) - Activities (Aqua Palace, yoga) - Counseling by a certified dietitian and meal support via LINE during the program

6. Participation Requirements: - Agreement to program guidelines and precautions - Comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity

7. Stay Experience: Guests are free to spend their time as they wish, except during meals and yoga sessions. Examples: Walking, jogging, swimming at the pool (Aqua Palace)

8. Meals: Meals during the stay are designed to be both delicious and nourishing, featuring vegetable-rich soups and satisfying salads to help restore the body. Dinner will consist of gentle soups that minimize digestive strain, warm the body, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, and promote high-quality sleep.
