Joined Miyako Hotel Osaka (now Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka) in 1984. Appointed Chef of Chinese Restaurant Sichuan in 2022. Offers a wide variety of menus based on traditional Sichuan cuisine, incorporating cooking methods from all Chinese cuisines. 57th Floor Restaurant "ZK" European Cuisine Chef Junya Takeuchi
Learned Italian cuisine at "Ponte Vecchio" in Osaka and served as Sous Chef at "Mode di Ponte Vecchio." Subsequently gained experience as manager at "Macelleria di Takeuchi," which was selected for the Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand for two consecutive years. Appointed European Cuisine Chef at Restaurant "ZK" in August 2016.
