MIXI Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, President and Group CEO: Hiroki Kimura) announced today that it has received an "AA" rating in the MSCI ESG Ratings, conducted by MSCI (Morgan Stanley Capital International Inc.) for companies worldwide based on their ESG initiatives and information disclosure. This marks the second consecutive year the company has achieved this rating, effective March 2026.

The MSCI ESG Ratings measure a company's resilience to long-term, industry-specific sustainability risks using a rules-based methodology. MSCI analysts assess how exposed companies are to these risks and how well they manage them in comparison to their peers, assigning ratings on a scale of seven steps from "AAA" to "CCC".

In this evaluation, MIXI's initiatives in human resource development and its proactive information disclosure were particularly highly regarded. The company has also been selected as a constituent of MSCI's ESG indices, the "MSCI Japan ESG Select Leaders Index" and the "MSCI Japan Empowering Women Index (WIN)".

Moving forward, under its sustainability statement, "We contribute to a richer society by creating communication services that connect hearts," MIXI will continue to promote initiatives to solve social issues and ensure appropriate information disclosure based on its eight materialities (key issues).
