Announcement of General Storage Company Pte. Ltd. (Our Consolidated Subsidiary) Winning Site Manager of the Year at Self Storage Expo Asia 2026

We are pleased to announce that General Storage Company Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "GSC"), our consolidated subsidiary operating a rental storage business based in Singapore, has won the Site Manager of the Year (Singapore) award at "Self Storage Expo Asia 2026" (hereinafter referred to as "the Event"), for the second consecutive year.

The Event, held from Tuesday, May 19th to Thursday, May 21st, 2026, in Bangkok, Thailand, is the largest self-storage industry event in Asia. It brought together over 200 self-storage industry professionals and investors from more than 20 countries worldwide, featuring facility tours, seminars, panel discussions, exhibitions, and networking events over three days.

The event organizer, the Self Storage Association Asia, had GSC CEO Helen Ng serve as its Chairman, and she also spoke on the panel discussion titled "Investment Climate: A Look Forward." Furthermore, Leona Lo, Head of Marketing & Customer Experience at GSC, participated as a moderator in the panel discussion "Mastering Digital Transformation."

Additionally, on Wednesday the 20th, the "SSAA Awards 2026" were held to recognize outstanding achievements in the Asian self-storage industry. At this awards ceremony, GSC was honored with the Site Manager of the Year award for Singapore.
