Multi-purpose Commercial Facility "HAMABOWL EAS" Rebrands as "Hamabowl Building" with First Phase Opening on April 28, 2026!

Mitsuuroko Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Kohei Tajima; hereinafter "Mitsuuroko"), a consolidated subsidiary of our group, will hold the first phase opening of its multi-purpose commercial facility "HAMABOWL EAS" (Location: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; hereinafter "this facility") as "Hamabowl Building" with a new facility logo and exterior design, welcoming some new stores, starting from April 28, 2026.

Exterior and Landscape Design

To express its identity as an energy company and its sense of place, the existing exterior metal panels were thinly plastered and then gradationally colored with an impregnating coating. Furthermore, the long-familiar bowling icon (pin) has been incorporated into the design of the eaves and pavement. The green design of some externalized aerial floors and arcade areas is envisioned to blend into the city and contribute to the overall commercial vitality of the block.

The grand opening, including the renovation of "Yokohama Natural Hot Spring SPA EAS" and "Hamabowl" operated by Mitsuuroko, and the welcoming of further new stores, is scheduled for July 28.
