Expansion Announcement for Existing Lock+Store Petaling Jaya Facility by LSGM (Consolidated Subsidiary of Our Group)

We would like to announce that Lock And Store (Glenmarie) Sdn. Bhd. ("LSGM"), a consolidated subsidiary of our group operating rental storage businesses in Malaysia, has expanded its existing facility, Lock+Store Petaling Jaya.

◆Facility Overview Facility Name: Lock+Store Petaling Jaya Location: No. 1, Jalan SS 7/2, 47301 Petaling Jaya Expanded Area (NLA): Approximately 5,200 sq ft (approx. 480 sqm)

This facility, which opened in April 2024 as the third "Lock+Store" brand facility in Malaysia, is located in Selangor, adjacent to the capital Kuala Lumpur. To capture the increasing demand for air-conditioned rental storage facilities in the area, approximately 100 air-conditioned storage spaces have been added.
