Mitsui Home Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President: Hidetoshi Nojima; hereinafter 'Mitsui Home') is pleased to announce the completion of 'Orchidée Roka-koen MOCXSTYLE GARDEN' in March 2026. This project is the flagship model and the largest scale (*1) development within our 'MOCXSTYLE GARDEN' brand, which develops detached-style rental housing as an integrated townscape. [Key Features of 'Orchidée Roka-koen MOCXSTYLE GARDEN'] ・Creating a new townscape in harmony with the local community by utilizing existing resources under the concept of 'Preserve, Connect, Open.' ・The company handled all aspects of design and construction, including landscaping, across a vast 4,331.54㎡ development area. ・A housing option that captures current trends, meeting the needs of both tenants and landowners through 'townscape-integrated rentals.' ・Realizing a sustainable living environment through the use of wooden construction, EV charging infrastructure for all units, and green blocks.
In this project, based on the concept of 'Preserve, Connect, Open,' we have created a townscape that harmonizes with the region while offering new appeal by utilizing existing resources inherited by the community and adopting a fusion of Japanese and Western design alongside environmentally friendly facilities. This is the first time our company has independently handled the entire development (from design to construction) of an entire site, including the landscape. Furthermore, amidst rising housing prices in recent years, this initiative serves as a timely housing option that meets the demand for detached living among tenants while satisfying the needs of landowners through 'value enhancement of the entire townscape.' Moving forward, we will continue to propose new value in housing from the perspective of urban development, responding to increasingly diverse lifestyles. 1. Creating a new townscape in harmony with the local community by utilizing existing resources under the concept of 'Preserve, Connect, Open.' The area surrounding this property is rich in nature, with many historical buildings such as shrines and gardens. In this project, we actively utilized existing resources such as large trees and stones inherited by the region. By incorporating the Western-style essence that our company specializes in to create a Japanese-Western fusion design, we have realized a living environment that harmonizes with local culture while possessing new charm. Furthermore, we have implemented building layouts that consider pedestrian sightlines and flow, plantings that allow residents to feel the four seasons, and lighting that exudes a Japanese atmosphere, balancing nighttime safety with beauty.
