Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Ryo Sugiyama) relocated its head office to 2-5-1 Nihonbashi Honcho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo on May 18, 2026 (Monday). This relocation is part of an office project aimed at strengthening internal collaboration, fostering a sense of unity, and creating an environment where hospitality-embodying talent can gather. Taking this opportunity, we aim to further improve our organizational strength and strive for the realization of "One Team" with the entire company united.

With the relocation of the office, we have established "Ours. ~Our Pride, Our Place~" as the concept for the new office. We aim for a space where each individual takes pride as a hotelier, connects as "One Team" while respecting each other, and embodies outstanding hospitality through active communication. Furthermore, through reforms in "Office Environment," "Mindset," and "Work Style," this project will promote the creation of a unified organization.

Features of This Project

1. Reform of the Office Environment

Creating a space that expresses the brand's worldview, we have prepared an environment where staff can feel the appeal of hospitality and our own brands.

2. Reform of Mindset

Through the ambassador system and staff-participatory projects, staff members themselves participate in office creation, fostering a sense of attachment to the organization and ownership.

3. Reform of Work Style

Promoting the creation of a "One Team" organization through the introduction of a free address system and the establishment of behavioral guidelines.

1. Reform of the Office Environment

In the 13th-floor office space, we have installed touchdown areas, bench spaces, and open-type meeting rooms that staff can use freely, promoting the activation of communication. We have also created a comfortable and pleasant environment by incorporating greenery throughout.

On the walls of the 13th-floor office, art created by artist Mariya Suzuki, who actually visited our hotels, depicts the charm and atmosphere of each hotel. This creates a space where staff can deepen their understanding and affection for the brand while feeling its value on a daily basis.

◼ Reception Expressing Hotel Spaces

The 4th-floor reception is designed to allow visitors to experience the high-quality and sophisticated atmosphere of a hotel, creating an environment where not only staff but also visiting guests can feel our unique brand world and hospitality. In addition, similar to the aromas used in our hotels, we have newly developed an original scent for our headquarters to welcome guests with a pleasant fragrance.

◼ Meeting Rooms Embodying Hotel Brands

The design of the guest meeting rooms expresses the unique world of "The Celestine Hotels," "Mitsui Garden Hotels," and "sequence." These spaces are designed not only to entertain visiting guests but also to allow staff to work while feeling close to the brands.

2. Reform of Mindset

In creating the new office, we actively incorporated staff-participatory initiatives to foster a sense of attachment to the organization and ownership. We introduced an ambassador system in the fields of aroma, drinks, food, signage, and communication, allowing staff members to participate in creating the office environment. Furthermore, in the 14th-floor lounge, we held a staff-participatory art event with artist Kansuke Akaike. Answers to questions such as "If there were a book starring you, what would be the title?" and "What is something admirable about someone that you would like to imitate?" were incorporated into the art and displayed as collaborative art. Additionally, many staff members are proactively involved in office creation, including staff voting for meeting room names and the selection of office chairs.

3. Reform of Work Style

To activate internal communication, we introduced a free address system. We also discussed values and behavioral guidelines that we want to cherish in the new office for each department and created a declaration of action called "Our Promise." By having each staff member work with common values, we aim to enhance organizational unity and lead to the provision of better services.
