Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo / President and CEO: Ryo Sugiyama) will introduce the online medical consultation service "Mimipo for Travel" at 39 facilities nationwide, including "The Celestine Hotels," "Mitsui Garden Hotels," and "sequence," which it operates, starting April 1, 2026 (Wednesday), thereby strengthening its medical support system.

This service is an online medical consultation service that allows inbound guests to receive medical consultations from a doctor via their smartphone from their hotel room. It operates 24 hours a day and supports multilingual interpretation in 256 languages. Medical interpreters will be present during consultations to assist with everything from explaining symptoms to understanding diagnoses, ensuring that guests who are concerned about language barriers can use the service with peace of mind.

Furthermore, after the consultation, guests can receive prescribed medication at the nearest pharmacy, and if necessary, referrals to medical institutions and assistance with various documents are also available. The service can be easily accessed via QR codes placed in guest rooms and within the hotel, creating an environment where guests can smoothly connect to medical services even if they feel unwell during their stay.

This service was initially trialed at two facilities, "Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Premier" and "Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Tsukiji," starting October 1, 2025 (Wednesday), and was rolled out nationwide after approximately three months of trial implementation.

Amidst the increase in inbound foreign travelers, our company is expanding its "Travel Assistance Service," which provides seamless services from before arrival to during the stay, including airport transfers, restaurant reservations, communication, and support for guests with children, to offer a more comfortable and fulfilling stay. With the introduction of "Mimipo for Travel," we aim to strengthen medical support for inbound guests and create an environment where they can use our services with greater peace of mind.
