Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo / President: Ryo Sugiyama) will host the "Breakfast Strawberry Fair" at its hotel restaurant, "RISTORANTE E’VOLTA -il cielo-" at Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Premier, where guests can enjoy the seasonal strawberry "Yayoi-hime." The fair will be held for a limited of five days, from Friday, March 27, 2026, to Tuesday, March 31, 2026.

At this fair, you can luxuriously enjoy fresh "Yayoi-hime" strawberries delivered from the farm as much as you like in our breakfast buffet, which offers a variety of Japanese and Western dishes. In addition to a diverse menu including freshly baked whole wheat galettes, crepes, and grilled dishes, limited-edition spring strawberry menus will be added to the lineup, allowing you to savor special flavors unique to the season.

"RISTORANTE E’VOLTA -il cielo-", the breakfast venue, is an all-day dining restaurant located on the 16th floor of Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Premier, the only tower hotel in Ginza, with a concept of "JAPAN-NESS 'Iki' (chic/stylish)". Please enjoy a special morning moment that can only be experienced in spring Ginza, amidst an open urban view woven by the morning sun shining through the glass, the greenery of Hamarikyu Gardens, and the cityscape of Tokyo.

For this buffet, we have prepared a menu that allows you to fully enjoy the charm of strawberries using "Yayoi-hime" strawberries cultivated by "Usami Farm," a strawberry farm in Hokota City, Ibaraki Prefecture. "Yayoi-hime" is characterized by its large size, well-formed shape, vibrant red color, and gloss, with a rich sweetness and deep flavor. You can enjoy a variety of strawberry menus that color your breakfast time, including crepes, shortcakes, tarts, and pancakes made with luxurious use of "Yayoi-hime," as well as strawberry daifuku and strawberry smoothies.
