Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. announced the completion of the Abe Yoseido Building in Ginza 5-chome, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, on March 31, 2026, following redevelopment efforts that began in July 2024. The building is scheduled to fully open on August 17, 2026.
The building faces Namiki-dori, an area seeing an accelerated concentration of luxury watch and jewelry brands. It will house the historic Yoseido Gallery (founded in 1873) on the 5th to 8th floors, and a new Japanese flagship store, the Jaeger-LeCoultre Ginza Flagship Boutique, on the 1st to 4th floors.
About the Abe Yoseido Building The building was designed by Hirano Satoshi Keikaku Kobo and constructed by Tsuboi Kogyo Co., Ltd. It stands 8 stories high, with a façade featuring decorations inspired by Kumiko woodwork.
[5th-8th Floors: Yoseido Gallery] The gallery will feature rental exhibition spaces on the 5th floor, a permanent collection on the 6th, and dedicated spaces for individual and group exhibitions on the 7th.
[1st-4th Floors: Jaeger-LeCoultre Ginza Flagship Boutique] This new flagship store will embody the brand's craftsmanship. The top floor will house Japan's first interactive program, "Atelier d'Antoine."
