Mitsui Fudosan Residential to Launch Park Tower Sakae in Nagoya, with Concept Room Previews Starting May 16

Mitsui Fudosan Residential Co., Ltd. announced that advance previews for the concept room of Park Tower Sakae, a condominium project in Sakae 2-chome, Naka-ku, Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, will begin on May 16, 2026, at the Sakae Residential Salon. The project marks the first supply of Mitsui Fudosan Residential’s Park Tower series in Nagoya. The site faces Honmachi-dori, a historic street that has developed as a commercial center since the Edo period, and is located near Shirakawa Park, home to the Nagoya City Science Museum with one of the world’s largest planetariums and the Nagoya City Art Museum. The location combines urban convenience with cultural and natural amenities. The building will be a 24-story seismic-isolated tower residence with 95 units. Taking advantage of its open site bordered by roads on three sides, approximately 88% of the units will be corner residences, with many units offering openings on two or more sides to enhance views and natural light. Residents will be able to enjoy views of Shirakawa Park’s greenery to the southwest and the evolving Sakae cityscape under the Sakae Grand Vision to the northeast. The design is supervised by Hiroaki Hoshino of Hoshino Architects, a Tokyo-based firm active internationally. The tower design draws on the aesthetic heritage of Sakae as a kimono and textile district, expressing a residence that blends history and modernity while evoking the refined beauty of a kimono. Interior features include corner sash windows, raised ceilings, and ceiling cassette air conditioners in select units. Living and dining rooms will have ceiling heights of approximately 2,650 mm, with the top floor at about 2,750 mm and 1LDK units at about 2,400 mm. Unit sizes range from 50.01 to 161.43 square meters, with layouts from 1LDK to 3LDK and an average area of about 76 square meters. The Owner’s Styling program will allow buyers to customize details such as flooring, fittings, and kitchen colors. First-phase sales are scheduled for early July 2026. Completion is planned for late November 2028, with move-in expected in late January 2029. Since the project website opened in January 2026, the company has received inquiries from more than 500 groups.
