This initiative, in collaboration with the 'TOKYO Culture Debut' platform promoted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, aims to create opportunities for society as a whole to nurture the sensitivity and creativity of the next generation. This time, together with the Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture Arts Council Tokyo, we will hold the 'Rakugaki Cardboard Workshop' on April 11, 12, 18, and 19 at Tokyo Midtown (Roppongi, Hibiya, Yaesu) and Nihonbashi. As an industrial developer, Mitsui Fudosan has been working to create 'spaces' where diverse people gather and cultural exchange is born through town development. In this initiative as well, by utilizing hubs such as Tokyo Midtown and Nihonbashi and collaborating with the government and artists, we will provide children with opportunities for artistic and cultural experiences, while promoting town development where everyone can enjoy rich experiences.

**■About the Rakugaki Cardboard Workshop**

We will hold a workshop where children and artists co-create art pieces at familiar commercial facilities that are easily accessible for families. Using large cardboard boxes arranged at the venue as canvases, children will draw colors and shapes with crayons together with artist Hidehiko Mon. At a later date, Mr. Mon will connect these pieces to complete a massive artwork that embodies the children's individuality. Through dialogue with the artist and collaborative creation, we aim to provide children with opportunities to encounter the joy of expression, surprise, and discovery.
