Mitsufuji Co., Ltd. As part of this initiative, for the "hamon band" series, a wearable device that visualizes heatstroke risk, we will launch a new promotion, continuing to appoint Ryuji Akiyama, a versatile comedian, actor, and creator from Robert, as the "Campaign Captain" for the second consecutive year.

In recent years, due to the effects of climate change, extreme heat has become commonplace, and heatstroke countermeasures are an urgent issue in fields such as construction and manufacturing. Mitsufuji has been promoting the social implementation of wearable devices that accurately capture the state of the human body, leveraging its strength in the "algorithm to estimate changes in core body temperature" jointly developed with the University of Occupational and Environmental Health.

In this second year, he is deepening his understanding of "core body temperature" and "alerts," key indicators of heatstroke risk, through lectures from Associate Professor Chie KuroSaka of the University of Occupational and Environmental Health, who jointly developed the "core body temperature change estimation algorithm" with Mitsufuji to visualize heatstroke risk in advance. This year, along with the new model "hamon band V," we will deliver correct understanding and safety awareness regarding extreme heat to more worksites.
