Selected for the Ninth Consecutive Year in the SOMPO Sustainability Index

Mitsubishi HC Capital Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Hiroki Hisai; hereinafter, the Company) has been selected for the ninth consecutive year as a constituent of the 'SOMPO Sustainability Index' established by SOMPO Asset Management Co., Ltd.

The 'SOMPO Sustainability Index' is a proprietary active index comprising approximately 300 stocks recognized for their outstanding ESG initiatives. The index composition is reviewed annually based on the results of an ESG survey*1.

This index is utilized in the company's investment products for pension funds and institutional investors, known as 'SOMPO Sustainable Investment'*2. The Mitsubishi HC Capital Group will continue to strengthen its ESG initiatives*3 and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.
