Mitsubishi HC Capital and DENZAI Conclude Capital and Business Alliance Agreement

　Mitsubishi HC Capital Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Daiki Hisai; hereinafter, Mitsubishi HC Capital) and DENZAI Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Hiroki Uemura; hereinafter, DENZAI), which handles crane operations, heavy cargo transportation, and wind power construction in the construction field, have concluded a capital and business alliance agreement.

　DENZAI operates a lifting engineering* business based on large and heavy-duty machinery such as cranes, undertaking diverse projects domestically and internationally in infrastructure such as highways and dams, plants such as power generation and steel mills, and construction fields such as large stadiums and factories. Large cranes are particularly essential assets for infrastructure construction and maintenance, playing an important role in the government's promotion of disaster resilience.

　Mitsubishi HC Capital has set "Building resilient social infrastructure" as one of its materialities and has been developing leasing and finance business in the construction machinery field. In this context, to advance new business development utilizing assets, in addition to financing large cranes, they have entered into a capital and business alliance with DENZAI, which possesses expertise in assets and functions necessary for business operations such as maintenance.

　Through this capital and business alliance, DENZAI's knowledge of the lifting engineering business and asset operation know-how, combined with Mitsubishi HC Capital's strengths in finance know-how and broad customer base, will be utilized to initiate efforts towards building new businesses.
