Furthermore, accurate inspections often require multiple skilled technicians to spend long hours on-site, placing a significant burden on accompanying staff. Additionally, the need for creating records, issuing correction instructions, and managing follow-up communications for each inspection creates a structural issue where inefficient inspection systems pressure overall operational efficiency and increase workloads.

With a plan to conduct completion inspections for approximately 1,000 residential units in an upcoming project, Mitani Sangyo has participated in the field test of the 'SynQ Inspection Platform' to improve inspection accuracy and reduce inspection time.
