Instagram Automation Tool "Elgram" Adds Delivery Count Graphing and Slack Notifications

Mishona Inc. (Headquarters: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, Representative: Takahiro Suzuki) implemented an update to its Instagram operation efficiency system "Elgram" on Thursday, May 28, 2026.

This update includes two key functional enhancements: an "Improved Delivery Count Summary" that allows for visual confirmation of delivery counts and data through graphs, and the addition of "Slack (Business Chat Tool)" as a notification destination.

The Delivery Count Summary is a function that aggregates and displays delivery results such as mass broadcasts and automated responses sent from Elgram.

You can view a list of the number of messages sent and the breakdown of deliveries within a specified period, which can be utilized as an indicator for measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of measures taken by Elgram.

◼︎ Visualize Elgram's Delivery Performance with Graphs

With this update, the display has been improved from numerical values only to graphical representation of delivery data.

You can now grasp the trend of delivery counts over specific periods, which can be used for operational improvements and strategy planning.

This visual grasp of delivery count fluctuations, which were previously difficult to notice in numerical lists, facilitates reviewing the effectiveness of measures and planning future deliveries more smoothly.

Additionally, a monthly delivery count display has been added to the top screen.

Customers using the Free Plan can check the remaining delivery count against the limit in real-time from the top screen.

◼︎ Addition of "Slack Notification"

Elgram's notification settings allow you to send real-time notifications to designated linked destinations when events such as comments, DMs (direct messages), reservations, and product sales occur.

With this update, "Slack" has been newly added as a notification destination, in addition to the existing "Elgram App," "ChatWork," and "PC Desktop."

After setting it up, you can receive notifications for the following events:

・Receiving comments

・Receiving DMs

・Reservation confirmation

・Product sales, etc.

This reduces the risk of missing Instagram comments and messages, contributing to faster customer response.

Since it can be used in conjunction with existing notification destinations, you can set it up flexibly according to your team's operational structure.
