MIRARTH Holdings, Inc. and its group company Takara Leben Co., Ltd. have announced their goal to standardize the disaster prevention condominium system 'MIRARESI,' equipped with solar panels and storage batteries, across all new condominium projects, including the 'LEBEN' brand and the urban compact condominium 'NEBEL' series. 'MIRARESI' is a next-generation resilience system designed to reduce household burdens using renewable energy generated by solar panels and to maintain the quality of life for residents during disasters by securing water and electricity through the operation of water pumps powered by storage batteries. Additionally, each unit will be provided with a 'Miraresi Mission Card' and disaster prevention goods to support initial responses. The development was driven by resident surveys indicating that 'water' and 'toilet usage' during power outages are primary concerns. The system has been successfully verified through experiments with Kawamoto Pump Mfg. Co., Ltd. and Ebara Jitsugyo Co., Ltd. This initiative aligns with the group's purpose of creating a sustainable environment and contributes to SDGs by promoting energy-efficient housing and disaster preparedness.
