Our company was responsible for the condominium portion from the 3rd to the 10th floors in this project. "Leben Fukui Chuo ARC GATE," with a total of 62 units, offers a new lifestyle proposal as urban housing that leverages the convenience of the Fukui Station front. The plaza "marunouchi TERRACE" developed within the premises of this property features benches made of "Shakudani stone," a rare stone also used in the stone walls of Fukui Castle. Furthermore, the exterior tiles incorporate colors reminiscent of the beautiful green of Shakudani stone, creating a design that connects Fukui's culture and history to future generations.
