(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo / Representative Director: Shoichi Akizawa) announce that they will aim to install "MIRARESI", a disaster prevention condominium system equipped with solar panels and storage batteries, as standard in all new condominiums for sale (*1) such as the condominium brand "LEBEN" and the urban compact condominium "NEBEL" series in the future.
