MIRAIT ONE Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hidenori Sugawara) has partnered with Daiki Axis Sustainable Power (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Akihiro Horibuchi) and MORGENROT Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Masashi Nakamura) to launch a green data center business utilizing renewable energy, which will contribute to the government's initiatives for Watt-Bit integration and regional decentralization. The business commenced in March 2026 at two locations in Ehime and Chiba prefectures.

This initiative is based on a three-company agreement signed in June 2024 to promote the development and business deployment of green data centers (hereinafter referred to as "GDC"). It is being launched against the backdrop of the increasing importance of high-performance and highly reliable digital infrastructure in Japan due to the expansion of AI utilization and the rapid rise in cloud demand. Furthermore, it is an initiative that will significantly contribute to the government's efforts for Watt-Bit integration and regional decentralization of data centers. This project will advance the development of a sustainable and clean data center infrastructure in Japan from the perspectives of realizing a carbon-neutral society and economic security.

The GDC business is a new data center business that aims to construct environmentally conscious, sustainable data centers by maximizing the use of renewable energy and to achieve efficient power utilization.

While reducing environmental impact by utilizing renewable energy as the primary power source, we will stably provide computing resources using clean electricity through the GPU cloud platform service "MORGENROT®︎ Cloud Bouquet."

This project will initially focus on stable operation at two locations nationwide, with plans for further area expansion and the development of sustainable next-generation digital infrastructure.
